作者簡(jiǎn)介

  潘霄1981年9月出生,高級(jí)工程師,畢業(yè)于英國華威大學(xué),獲得優(yōu)秀碩士和工學(xué)博士學(xué)位,從事能源、電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃及信息化應(yīng)用研究工作,入選2016年度遼寧省“百千萬人才工程”,遼寧省電力有限公司優(yōu)秀人才專家,參加“提高配電網(wǎng)故障處理能力關(guān)鍵技術(shù)與應(yīng)用”、“基于現(xiàn)代優(yōu)化理論的終端能源消費(fèi)預(yù)測(cè)與結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化方法及應(yīng)用”、“遼寧電力系統(tǒng)信息安全示范工程》”、“信息化投資效益評(píng)價(jià)與考核應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)”等多項(xiàng)省、部級(jí)科研項(xiàng)目,具備豐富的相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的研究經(jīng)驗(yàn)。獲得遼寧省政府科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)、國家電網(wǎng)公司、遼寧省公司系統(tǒng)科技進(jìn)步特等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)、一等獎(jiǎng)2項(xiàng)、三等獎(jiǎng)3項(xiàng),在國際會(huì)議Ei檢索發(fā)表了論文兩篇The Influence of Green Development Idea on PowerSupply Reliability and Power Quality of Distribution Network(綠色發(fā)展理念對(duì)電力供應(yīng)可靠性和供電質(zhì)量的影響)、Comprehensive Prediction of China’s Power Demand Based on Induced Ordered Weighted Geometric Averaging(IOWGA)Operator and Optimal Judgment(基于誘導(dǎo)有序加權(quán)幾何平均因子的綜合能源預(yù)測(cè)方法)及《遼寧省“十三五”能源發(fā)展趨勢(shì)預(yù)測(cè)及需求分析》《配電系統(tǒng)可靠性研究現(xiàn)狀與發(fā)展趨勢(shì)》等16篇學(xué)術(shù)論文,出版《網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息安全工程技術(shù)與應(yīng)用分析》《電力信息安全工程技術(shù)實(shí)戰(zhàn)指南》等學(xué)術(shù)著作,在遼寧省“十三五”規(guī)劃前期重大課題研究中,負(fù)責(zé)編寫《遼寧省“十三五”能源發(fā)展基本思路》《遼寧省“十三五”電力發(fā)展規(guī)劃》《遼寧省“十三五”能源發(fā)展規(guī)劃》等4項(xiàng)省級(jí)研究及規(guī)劃報(bào)告,成果在遼寧省“十三五”有關(guān)規(guī)劃中已經(jīng)得到實(shí)際應(yīng)用。
